The staff at the South Elgin Athletico are terrific. My therapists that worked with me Jenny, Katherine, Deanna, and Sara are great. The care and concern that they showed during my therapy was over the top. My ankle is doing much better since the first day that I was there. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility and if I need any therapy in the future I will definitely go back there. Also the front desk staff did a great job with the scheduling of my appointments and also helping me to change appointments when needed. 5 star facility!

There is no better place for PT in the area than Athletico South Elgin. The care, professionalism and results are top notch. The successful progress after my knee replacement was due to Rutva (my AMAZING therapist) along with assists from Lauren, Patrick, Angel & Kaitlyn. I always felt comfortable discussing any challenges or changes that my body experienced through adjusting to the new knee, so that recovery stayed on track. I also highly recommend Jacob, Sarah & Jenny (3 equally amazing therapists) who pivoted due to my scheduling shifts. I’ve been to other facilities over the past decade; this location will be my one & only for any future needs.

I would highly recommend athletico in south elgin to anyone in need of their services. My therapist Jacob was fantastic, super knowledgeable, friendly, and supported me throughout my recovery. The entire staff was awesome, helpful, and flexible with scheduling. Thanks to them my ankle is 100% better!

I used this business for 2 months in 2025. My therapist was Rutka who was incredibly patient and supportive. Not a large facility, the mood of the place was very pleasant. Scheduling ahead was easy to do..

I never write a review but I was compelled to do so. I had the most wonderful experience with Athletico. Jacob was my therapist and was the ultimate professional. He really understood me and the reason why I was there. I truly felt that he was sincerely interested in figuring out why I was having such horrible pain and then fixing it. He was encouraging and supportive yet constantly reassuring. I went in to this as a skeptic but graduated as a believer. I absolutely would recommend Athletico and especially Jacob to anyone.

I'm in physical therapy with Athetico currently. Its my 1st time here and I haven't had to do physical therapy in other places to compare but I can say so far so good. The staff and therapists are very nice and friendly. That being said, if you need physical therapy give Athletico a try.

Physical Therapy with Sarah has been life changing! I don’t think any woman is excited to hear their doctor recommend Pelvic Floor Therapy, but if you’re in the area you should be thrilled to know Sarah is nearby. In the few months we’ve been working together the changes I’ve seen in my body are more than I ever thought possible. I won’t give you the specifics…🤭 Just know when you choose this location you will be in great hands. Sarah and the rest of the staff at this location all get straight A’s from me!

My husband and I have both used Athletico South Elgin twice each now. As soon as my Dr said I needed PT on my shoulder I knew exactly who I was calling! Jacob made me feel so much better in the few months I had to go, he was very understanding of what was bothering me and knew all the right things to do to make me better. Sarah also worked on me and was amazing. Sarah worked on my hubands shoulder after two surgeries and she did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need PT again I know where I'm going!
